House Of Representatives

US Senate

The House of Representatives is composed of 435 members.

The number of representatives from each state is determined by the census count done every 10 years.

The term of a member of the House of Representatives is 2.

The US Senate is composed of 100 members.

Two members from each state.

A Senators term is 6 years.

The Vice President of the United States shall be President of the Senate, but shall have no Vote, unless they be equally divided. (Vice President will only have a vote when the senate votes are tied)
